Small Business Scaling Tips

It only happens when all the components of your business come together and you know spending $100 on advertising today brings $1000 in return. I am still in this stage. It is so tough! I believe when Cardinal Selling Services gains ground, it will blow up fast.

Whether you bat to get on first base (maybe you financially support yourself from your home), second base (support your family too) or into the home run area .. (having a brick/mortar location with employees) or win the WORLD Series by changing the world) you know the world will be a better place with what you offer.

When creating your path, start with thinking about who will your product benefit or who’s life you will change. Think about who will support you and who can mentor you through the journey of success. Even if the family offers the smallest gestures from watching your children, or to pray for you, all gestures positive make the journey easier. Your passion for your journey will help you keep your focus, yet the support will also inspire you to move forward. Your product can be so-so, but if your passion is superior, you will win! Motivators for my business generally circle around the people who I helped the most. Giving each day, makes the journey worth while.

Disrupting the market is a tough journey but it can be done! Can you bring to market an idea and a concept that is the biggest winner of all? Does our business add funnel others didn’t see? (#Optrepreneur me 😉 ) — That is what my company did for our region. We gave people the chance to get a fair return for valuable items and we worked our tails off to get it. Scaling is a tough part of growing a business, so let us just remember anything worth having is always tough.
